Çiğköfte


Çiğköfte, which is one of the essential tastes of Turkish cuisine, strengthens the immunity system and helps to lose weight.

Since Çiğköfte is made with bulgur, it contains all the benefits of it and has filling food items which prevent gaining weight.

Since it has red pepper in it, it contains vitamin E and Vitamin C. So, it also lowers the risk of any cardiovascular disease.
